For customers looking for a faster route to market, our OEM service starts with established headphone platforms. Branding, colors, packaging, functions and product specifications can be adapted to different market requirements. When a project requires more development work, we support ODM projects from an earlier stage, helping customers review product concepts, assess structural and engineering feasibility, work through technical issues, and gradually move toward tooling, testing, pilot production and mass production. We are continuing to expand these development capabilities as we take on more involved projects.
Being family-owned shapes the way SONUN operates. The people responsible for the business stay close to the factory, the product and customer projects. When a problem occurs, our goal is not to pass it from one department to another, but to identify what needs to be solved, make decisions and keep the project moving. At the same time, family ownership alone is not enough. Customer projects depend on structured processes, engineering judgment, quality control, communication and execution. These are the areas we continue to strengthen.
Long-term commitment also means continuing to invest in the way we work. In August 2026, SONUN relocated from a factory of approximately 1,400 m² to a new 2,000 m² facility. The upgraded site gives our production, engineering, quality management, office and product display areas a cleaner and better-organized environment. More importantly, it supports a more structured approach to product development, manufacturing and project coordination.
We remain focused on headphones because specialization helps us understand the practical details behind product design and production. Our role is not simply to manufacture what is specified on a purchase order, but to stay involved, communicate clearly and help customers move their projects toward dependable production. Every product we manufacture ultimately carries our customer's name in the market, and we keep that responsibility in mind throughout the process.
